By using tokoro, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.

Beta statusベータ版について

tokoro is currently in closed beta. This means:

• The app may have bugs, crashes, or data loss.
• Features may change or disappear without notice.
• The service may be discontinued at any time.
• There is no uptime guarantee.

We do our best to keep your data safe, but please don't use tokoro as the only record of important information.

Eligibility利用資格

You must be at least 13 years old to use tokoro.

Your accountアカウント

• You sign in using Google or Apple. Keep those accounts secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account.

Your contentあなたのコンテンツ

• You own the places, notes, and photos you save. We do not claim ownership.
• You grant us a limited license to store, display, and sync your content as needed to operate the service — including showing it to friends you have connected with.
• You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate anyone's privacy or copyright. Don't save other people's photos without permission; don't save personal information about others without their knowledge.

Acceptable use禁止事項

Don't use tokoro to:

• Harass, threaten, or stalk anyone.
• Store or share illegal content.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overwhelm the service.
• Impersonate someone else.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Our intellectual property当方の知的財産

The tokoro name, logo (🫧 / bubbles.and.sparkles), and the app's design and code belong to us. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app — that license does not include copying the brand or the design.

Third-party services第三者サービス

Sign-in and some features rely on Google, Apple, and AWS. Their terms also apply to your use of those parts of the service.

Termination終了

• You can stop using tokoro any time by signing out and requesting account deletion.
• We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or shut down the service entirely.

No warranty保証の否認

tokoro is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, error-free, or secure against every possible threat. Use it accordingly.

Limitation of liability責任の制限

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of tokoro. Since you pay nothing for this beta, our total liability to you is limited to zero.

Governing law準拠法

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If you are a resident of Taiwan, Taiwan's consumer protection laws also apply to the extent they are mandatory and cannot be waived. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, unless mandatory local law of your residence requires otherwise.

Changes変更について

We may update these terms. If we do, the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
